Service failure

I have purchased a Samsung galaxy phone onlineat telkom and the phone was delivered. The phone I purchased was on promotion I was supposed to claim a tablet after receiving the phone which was part of the package then the Samsung team requested for a proof of purchase to process the claim. I have requested the proof of purchase since the day I received the phone, however, I have been given a run around till to date. Sale agents are focused on closing the sales they do not care of what happens after you have accepted the offer or bank mandate, they do not not check if everything is in the manner it was supposed to be in, I have requested for the sales agent who assisted me to call me back since they say she does not have a direct line she never contacted me. I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase a phone on Telkom online as you will never have any proof of agreement or know when your contract is ending. I am so disappointed and frustrated with the service I received.
