Telkom cut off my services and it has been 2 days now and with no service at all. I struggle to figure out how they can do that when I have no outstanding balance and the phone is now mine after 24 months. I called and I was advised my case has been allegedly "escalated" and my phone should be back on 24 hours later. Telkom is the worst and this is very ********** of them. Do not I repeat do not trust them. Honestly thinking of porting actually cannot stand this appalling behavior. I am disgusted. Imagine services being cut off when the phone is now fully yours.
