Service excellence at Telkom

I was hesitant to do business with Telkom, but the service rendered by Hardson (Haddy) Mashiri at the Menlyn branch on 2 September 2019 really amazed me. He was friendly, humorous, kind and extremely efficient. He really is an asset to his company.
