<p>****iest service EVER!!</p> <p>I had ADwords added to my business site. I then canceled it in April 2017 via Email. They never did the cancelation. I then mailed them in May 2017 asking the exact same thing. They never did the cancelation. Bare in mind every month I was billed R1000.00 for a service I wanted canceled.</p> <p> After my 3rd attempt of emailing in June I received a response saying that they never got any cancelation email ? Like is anyone working at Trudon or don’t they check there Emails?</p> <p>After a long Battle with them to credit my account they finally did. Not knowing that I would be faced with a extra situation. TELKOM extra ****up in service delivery. NOTE that now my account is in arrears for services I have asked to cancel in April. Back and forth I made calls to Telkom asking if they received the credits from Trudon. To date they have not Received any credits as they say, I received a Ref code for the credit from Trudon. Telkom claims nothing is showing on there system. I Mean is that system so slow ? im Annoyed .After numerous attempts and calling to Telkom No one can assist me. Only ending up by telling me I should wait for the new bill and they will switch on the line when my invoice comes. I don’t get it! My Business has not received any calls for days. And this shows the poor quality they give us for the enormous amounts they charge us .</p> <p> </p> <p>**** SERVICE DELIVERY.</p> <p> </p>
