Went to the Telkom Mall at reds branch multiple times, not once did I receive good service.

Today was pathetic, I went into the store after being told a couple of days prior that someone can help me on this day. All I need is to port my telkom number onto my new telkom SIM card. The employees refused to speak English after I asked many times and blatantly continued speaking their language.

No solutions were given, my number is still not ported and the staff still refused to speak English or explain the process to me.

This is not the first or even the third time I have received such PATHETIC service from this branch.
