Service down again

I have been having this problem. My line is either dead or the Internet is slow or the Internet doesn't work or the line has a scratching noise. This happens every month end and beginning of the month. I always pay my account yet I'm getting half a service. I cannot understand why this is. I want Telkom to sort it out now because I have no dial tone at the moment and also no internet.
