Service does not exist at TELKOM and being ignored

Hi Today is Friday 30/09/2015 and still no one has come to fix the fault (15days with major problem) telephone line *** fault number 590CRK150915 ... picked up my telephone receiver and my ADSL line goes done plus noisy voice line and slow ADSL. Can not run my Internet business.
