Service does not exist at Telkom

My voice line has been down for over a month. I have tried reporting via the website, sms, Facebook, “Telkom chat” and phoned numerous times, with no luck. The only response I get is “there was an error logging your fault”. I’m at my wits end - no way to report a fault and no landline :(
