Service dissatisfaction
I placed an order last year November and I am still waiting for my delivery. I have received a statement and I don't dispute the it at all but I am dissatisfied with the service I received from the call centre.

11 Jan 2019, 23:28I app**** for a landline because I wanted uncapped data. I was given a landline number the 2nd time I called the call centre, I was advised that there are issues being experienced regarding the booking of installation on the system which I understood I was advised that I will receive a SMS to regarding the date of the year installation, which I didn't. I called the call centre for the third time and was the advised that my otder cannot be processed due to infrastructure however I was offered capped data in the interim until the infrastructure is available in my location, I accepted the offer as I can understood the issue about the infrastructure not being available. I am very much upset because of the fact that I have to constantly follow up on an order. i am a customer who is willing to pay but I am being treated like I need the service
