service Delivery/Installation

I am lodging a formal complaint regarding Telkom Order ***A for an internet service application made on behalf of my grandmother, Lomngeshane Grace Segudla. The installation address is: 22692 Motsumi Street, Mamelodi East Ext 4. The application was made in September 2025, meaning we have been waiting over two months. The issue involves two critical points: Fundamental Barrier: Non-Delivery of Router Despite the significant time elapsed since September 2025, the required router/equipment has never been delivered to the installation address. No installation can be completed without this equipment. Repeated Failed Installation Attempts and False Claims There have now been multiple failed installation attempts, demonstrating a severe failure in service: First Failed Attempt (Friday, November 28, 2025): The technician claimed to have been at the property but failed to stop, contact the applicant, or complete the job. Latest Failed Attempt (TODAY, Wednesday, December 3, 2025): The same situation occurred: a technician failed to stop at the house or make contact, despite the applicant being available at the property. Lack of Communication: On every occasion, the technician failed to follow the standard procedure of calling or making contact upon arrival. We have previously engaged with Telkom consultants Herminnah and Rachelle regarding this protracted issue. Required Resolution: I require an urgent escalation and resolution to this matter within 48 hours. I need: Immediate confirmation of the router's dispatch and tracking details. A firm, confirmed installation date with a guarantee that the technician will attend, contact the applicant upon arrival, and complete the installation. This visit must be monitored by a supervisor to ensure completion.Telkom needs to urgently address why this simple order has taken over two months and why basic installation procedures are repeatedly ignored. This draft is powerful and clearly outlines the facts, showing that the service failure is ongoing and unacceptable.
