<p>Service Delivery Useless</p> <p>We’ve had not reported this landline faulty ones but several times and each time with no outcome, not even a courtesy call to say it’s in the process of being fixed nothing.</p> <p>I’ve been paying for a landline I’m unable to use for several months and I’ve got wifi that’s not even worth the money I pay for it. The service I’m receiving from Telkom is pathetic to say the least.</p> <p>Due to the fact that I’m unable to use my line for the past several months, Telkom needs to either credit my account or refund me the payments made towards it.</p> <p>I’ve got endless reference numbers, but nothing to show for it. This will be my last attempt before cancelling the service completely. Please send a technician to resolve my landline and my WIFI!!!</p>
