Service delivery to compete with government

<p>so after 2 years of cancelling my data plan with telkom as my ISP , I finally decided it would be worth my while to take out internet again. This time obviously I'd use a different ISP. Needless to say , I still needed to obtain an ADSL line from telkom. I placed the order 2 weeks back and was told to wait for 7-21 working days. Today when I enquired as to how far my order was I was told that my line would only get installed in October . This is quite revolting from what supposed to be the country's largest network provider and considering the fact that i stay within 600 metres of a telkom technical service station. I really hope they jack up their service delivery. I could breach my contract with my ISP due to their poor service. I would have give no stars but I'm forced to give atleast one </p>
