Service delivery!!!!! The WORST

The rating forces me to give at least 1 star. Your service deserves no stars. Telkom how many more times do we call your center, walk in to a Telkom center to get this contract canceled and phone collected. I challenge you as a business to go and check how many times we called your call center since December 2020. We are in February and nothing!!!!! I'm currently again on a call with an agent, holding on for 20 minutes, call is answered she says she's checking comments 5 min later drops the call. I'm tired of wasting my valuable time your business is taking from me. I post my review here in hopes someone comptent can call back with a solution. And if no solution I will take this matter further. I end this review still holding on for someone to answer my call.
