Service delivery non existant

<p> </p> <p>I write to you once again, 3 weeks ago I posted an article on this site with the hope things will get sorted out. I get a call the very next day and assuring me that they will get me answers and to date i am still waiting. </p> <p> </p> <p>How can you sell a product with poor or non-existent after sales service?</p> <p> </p> <p>You have a number of physical branches without any clear indication what service they provide. I when to three outlets and only to get service at the 3rd branch, wasted an entire day, my time and my resources.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Roodepoort area has aging infrastructure and when there is a fault all you do is put a band aid but do not fix the problem in its entirety. When will you improve the LTE network in the area as well as the landline or 3g network or better still your entire infrastructure.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am without service for almost 4 weeks and you cannot tell me that’s how long it takes to get something repaired. </p> <p> </p> <p>I need answers as to when will the infrastructure improve or service delivery improve.</p>
