Service Delivery- Contract approved but no Phones

As much as i love Telkom but you guys have disappointed me i have had a sim contract with you guys for a year and so but now that i have taken up a Cell phone contract with you i don't get the same services how is that its now officially 48 hours and counting that i haven't received my phones i app**** for 2 P20 Huawei lite phones on Saturday around 12: 00 -13:00 was advised that you guys will be doing stock taking and the colours i am looking for if found i will be given a call yet i had to call to do a follow up myself and called again on Sunday and was told that your stock was dispatched on Sunday morning yet Sunday came and went still nothing i still had to do a follow up myself kante what are you guys selling i came to you with the faith that i have been happy with your services but now this i am really DISAPPOINTED i am still waiting for for the phones so i must continue using this s**** of a phone when i thought that i could count on you.... i am even thinking i should just cancel the contracts that i have taken up with you guys.... Your stock takes 5 days to be delivered i wonder how long will it take for me to receive those phones.... Just going to commend the initiative taken by Lindo to keep to his word by calling me when he had said he will....
