What a bunch of useless people. From cancelling a contract to settling the final demand for payment. We have been sent from department to department, service store to service store. Please fill in these forms, please fill in those forms with no positive results. I guess those forms where filled in flie13 the moment we left the store?.

Man it seems the client support staff are only filling as spot to say there is someone will attend to your "complaints", but service delivery is unheard off, so let's just pass the bucket as tomorrow is another day. never mind the inconvenience to do it over again. And finally you get handed over to NewDebt for collection and you make an arrangement to pay against a final invoice and then NOTHING, but the SMS harassment continues with legal action.

It's very sad to see a ground braking giant fall due to it's own incompetence. What once was and never will be again, left only as a memory in the distant past.

I've dealt with so some friendly and helpful staff that still has a passion for their job and try keeping things afloat. Sadly they are in the minority only to be dragged down by the rest for them, I feel sorry for.

For the rest I hope your retrenchment letters will follow suit as soon as someone with ***** take control or all coming to a grinding halt.
