Service Delivery

I'm absolutely shocked at the service I just received from an operator at the Accelerating department contact number ***. Telkom cannot provide a service due to my Dad not been connected to a tower that can accommodate him, of which he resides on my property yet is connected to a different tower. The operator advised me to get in touch with another Service provider like Neotel or Nashua Mobile. I informed the operator that Telkom are changing their services and chasing their so called valued clients away.
