**** SERVICE!!!!!

Hi, again I am getting terrible service from Telkom, after my 1st review on Hello Peter, Telkom called me last week Thursday , that was the store manager from Clearwater mall, and again on Friday a guy from head office called me early in the morning to say a technician was coming out to install my home DSL for me the same day, the entire day no communication what so ever about the times of if the guy is actually coming out! I had to keep phoning in to fond out and the guy cannot give me answers, Saturday I went to the store at Clearwater to now find out what is going on, and the guys at Telkom says I am not the only person dealing with this issue, and that I had to re apply cause the technician guys lies and says that house number isn't correct or could not get a hold of the person, that for me utter lies , I told them I will not re apply and wait for another 2 weeks to get nothing of it, I spoke to the store manager and she said she was going to escalate it, phoned into head office, the guy tells me a technician was supposed to call me but I am still waiting... this is really poor service and they should close down, I am currently on the phone with 10213 and its 18 minutes that I am waiting for an agent to pick up ..... very poor service
