I canceled my insurance with admin plus which was through Telkom early in the month of April and was told it will be canceled with immediate effect as per my request and I will not be charged because I called early in the month and I even received my cancelation letter the following day.Mind you I ve been paying for a device that was ****** in December already and they didn't bother to cancel the cover till I called. Now that I canceled they debited my account twice even after I canceled and when I called this week to query this because now I m getting messages that I will be listed they confirmed that the policy wasn't canceled and only canceled it on Monday when I called in this week. Your service is appalling and clearly you guys are running a circus with our monies and I refuse to pay that R900 that I was billed please rectify this before I take this matter further
