Service consultant

Well I am back. On Wednesday I went to Telkom in Greenstone and spoke to a consultant Maropeng and she assisted me where she could but with a lot of help from her colleague next to her. It gets to the security questions and for every questions I had to have her repeat the question. After all this I get approved but with referral due to not answering the security questions. I then consulted a manager who obviously supports her staff and would not accept that her staff member could have been wrong in this instance. This manager unfortunately did not get her name promised that she would call me Thursday morning regarding the device and then I asked about collection that I will only be able to pick up next week, to which she said not a problem, I then said he can deliver personally to me to which she rep**** ok. Well today is Thursday and I did not get a reply from anyone regarding anything. I contacted the office and spoke to a Supervisor by the name Lebo, who promised to get back to me, well well well, I am still waiting for feedback.

What does it take to get satisfaction from TELKOM. This is now the second time that I have had to go through bad service with Telkom ......'

Please can I get resolution.
