Service complaint

Montana (Kolonnade) Telkom branch. The so called manager thinks she’s all high and mighty that she doesn’t want to take accountability of the inconvenience that the branch causes us when the ticket booth is not working. I won’t wait there in queue waiting to be called like it’s in the 1900s.

Her attitude stinks and she’s rude. Degrades Telkom’s standard of service
