Service complain/ don't want to exchange or return product I'm not happy with

He said they can't do that because they are not Telkom, they are a franchise and when I was there I was under the impression that I'm at Telkom store and you work the same, that wasn't explain to me if I'm not happy with it u can't return because you don't work the same as Telkom mobile. Since i had contract with Telkom mobile not with you I want you to cancel that contract and I'm going to go to the mobile Telkom to renew my contract</p> <p>Even worse you phoned me this morning and didn't leave a voicemail and when I'm trying to call you on the number it isn't answered, the number was provided with by Nyundo it isn't answered either and it is the same number you you used to call me, i literally tried your number the whole day today the was no answer.
