I have not received my airtime I bought in April and May 2020... I have spoke to my bank and to telkom and they keep making me hold on I sent my statement and everything to show them proof and till today I have not received an assurance email or even when I call them I hold on forever when someone does answer they put me in hold and I'm still not helped I'm so angry you take my money but don't give me airtime this is a **** service to start with...
