Service cancelled, but still being invoiced

On the 8th of June 2017 Mobile Retention Escalations wrote

"Good day Sir/Madam,

Hope this mail finds you well.

Please accept our sincere apologies on any inconvenience caused and the delayed response to your email.

Kindly note that your ********** 618 contract has been cancelled as requested.

Regards

Olivia Ncube"

However I am still being invoiced:

Original cancelation form was signed and handed in at the Menlyn express branch on the 26th of May 2017 where as the original application for the contract was signed on the 23rd of May 2017

According to NCA and the CPA I was well within my rights to cancel during the cool down period. Which was within 3 days as I app**** on the 23rd and submitted my cancellation on the 26th

However nothing was processed as TelkomZA informed me the 6th of June 2017 after having contacted him through mybroadband.

I then resubmitted the original cancelation forms and Mobile Retention Escalations assured me on the 8th of June 2017 everything was cancelled.

I then took the liberty to log into Telkom and saw there was still invoices pending. I tried to inform Mobile Retention Escalations and TelkomZA about this, but there was no response from either party.

Fast forward to today and I see there is an invoice pending for the service with the number ********** 618 for SBW 100 + 100.

Now who is going to cleanup this mess?
