Service / Cancellation/retracting cancellation due to fees

I am absolutely disgusted with one particular consultant names Zimkitha Ntombana who still after my fourth mail cannot respond to a request that I did not authorize him/her to go ahead with and now can't take accountability and has disappeared under a very big rock. Shame on you
