SERVICE CANCELLATION WOES

Submitted cancellation of adsl and fixed line 3 months ago. Have been billed for months since. Services still not cancelled. Spoke to call center agent who said they would investigate and get back to me. Never did. Next step...court..Telkom do this on purpose as evidenced by the 100s of similar stories I have read. Useless parastatal.
