Service cancellation not honored since September 2017

Acc No ********** 28874 I requested service cancellation to all my Telkom accounts on 12 September 2017, to date such request has not been actioned, Telkom is still sending a bill. Call centre agents are not helpful and rude (called on 22 December 17, and 7 Jan 18) got promised the issue will be escalated all my attempts to email the query has been to avail.

To date, my query is pending, while Telkom continues to bill me for service not used
