Service Cancellation Nightmare

Trying to cancel Telkom service is an absolute joke. Unfriendly call centre staff and ***********. Telkom line cancellation can only be done online which I have tried several times only to be rerouted to a portal that doesn't work. Then to be told to send an email as provided by yet another *********** call centre and my email response was , Telkom cant assist on this platform. Absolutely frustrated and disgusted. Lets see if we get any response now from a competent person. Hello Telkom, are you there??????
