**** service , cancel my contracts

Telkom in breach of contract , I'm sick of these ppl , you set a debt order date and they take money when they feel like it , that's not correct then I get charged for rejected collection , because instead of taking money off on the last day of the month they want it on the 26th or 28th why should I be penalized for their **** up , I have paid all the areas manually due to their stupidity . I want to cancel both my contracts so I followed the process and they called the same day great but I had to wait 24hrs for the payment to reflect on their side , so I requested they called me back the next day which would have been Thursday or Friday last week I'm still waiting , try call them and that's useless as I get an automated voice that says my account is in arrears but I just called to make sure it's up to date and it then says sorry we can't help you good bye . Telkom is absolutely useless they messing up my credit score because they doe *** they want , never take a deal from telkom no matter how good it sounds coz you'll be the one who suffers .
