Service being interrupted after payments are made.

Our experience with telkom mobile has been the worst I have ever had in my life. Unfortunatly we have three numbers with telkom mobile, due to some specials being run and they are well priceds at the time, but give it some time and telkom will inevetibly ***** up your account in some or other way. In our case two of the three numbers are on one billing account, and the 3rd on a separate. Debit orders were taken off our account, as well as manual eft payments towards the telkom account. The service was cut off at the beginning of June, after speaking to the worst call centre and some of its agents it is now the beginning of August and service is still cut off. Dont try phoning the ********** number as it does take you to a call centre which is promptly picked up by someone, but beware of being put on hold. It is an endless pit of waiting. The person who received the ICASA case I lodged regarding this matter is also never anywhere to be found. It is very usual for Phumla(the person who shoudl be handling my claim) regularly only arrives at the office at 11. Dont try phoning at 11 as you would be told that she is either on tea break, or in the bathroom or just very busy with another client ( good to know that some clients do get uninnterupted service while others are left with inactive phone lines).

I have now phoned this morning again(01/08/17) and again Phumla is only coming in at 11. I requested the person that answered the phone please phone me back as im constantly on hold with everyone there and im tired of spending all my money just to be shoved aside by telkom. Every month there are complaints of people flocking to banks to reverse debit orders from telkom, they dont mind though as telkom charges you R200 for each reversed debit order even when they are at fault.

We are still no steps further as to get an answer from anyone regarding when our paid for mobile line will actually be activated again, but furtermore I will be drilling into every second that the line has been suspended when it should not have been because over the course of a two year contract I believe telkom are accumalating millions of rands worth of bank fees and "customer downtime" where they are cutting us off but still charging us. My hope is that enough people would see this, because I do believe if there are other people out there experiencing the same problem with the same company. It is completely unnacceptable for a business to treat its customers like this, and at the end of the day taking money from people that quite possible count every rand as they turn it around, its verging on downright ********.

Furthermore i truly hope that telkom mobile starts getting back to me. Its so funny each time someone takes my number down, telling me ill be phoned back shortly.. I guess from last week its still yet to be shortly
