i have been a customer of Telkom for over 10 years and it is shocking the way they treat long standing customers, my account is paid with debit order yet my account is restricted had to wait 72 working hrs al though they work over weekends to get a message tis morning with ref numbers saying the fault is resolved, and guess what my account is still restricted, cant get through to the call centre emailed the staff and requested call backs yet dont get anything back.
