Service bad, waiting long time still no reply

<p>I have signed a contract with Telkom by 20/06/2016, the telkom team come to install after 10 days after we push them for three times, they find a connection fault and said need other team come again to fix, then we call them, they said they can't tracking it, if they can't tracking, what the client should do, paid money and wait endless? So strange service system, we cost a lot airtime to follow, but they still ignore, they just ignore!!!!! Not care about client.!!!! I hope some one can introduce other choice, really don't want to deal with telkom anymore!!!!</p>
