SERVICE BAD

We requested a fax line to be cancelled and ADSL line to be moved before cancellation of the fax line however the fax line was cancelled and we have been running our organization without internet for the entire week. We’ve made attempts to have our ADSL re-instated with no joy. This has had a negative impact on our business in the already trying times we are facing.
