Service at Telkom store at Nicolway shopping center

I went to the Telkom store to get a sim swap for a number I have been using for years. Paballo Dikotla was so rude. She had 0 smile and wasn't in the least bit helpful. One of her male colleagues had to jump in and give me the correct information. I understand my sim was bought from an Indian store but when I asked whether this means that I will lose my number forever and there is nothing she can do for me she said there is nothing she can do. I asked a second time to confirm what she was saying was correct then she still insisted there is nothing she can do. The male colleague then proceeded to go out of his way to direct me to what I need to do even though he was busy with something else. My friend then said she would never switch to Telkom mobile because the service is appalling then paballo gave her a dirty look. As we were leaving she then proceeded to laugh at us with one of her female colleagues. I don't ask for much. I just didn't appreciate the fact that she was rude and she wasn't helpful. In the service industry(which I work in might I add) you need to always find a way to help the client with their issue or guide them in the right direction. I have used Telkom for years but this particular incident has put me off from your network.
