I have a telkom sim card, when I buy data. It doesn't work.

The last time I bought a 500mb data on23 February 2025, it did not work. I called the call centre and spoke with Thobile who could not assist but logged a call for me and gave me a reference number. She also promised to make a note for me to get reimbursed for the data I could not used. The technical department called me today, 4 days later and said they do not find any issues and will not be reimbursing me.
