Service at Telkom

<p>My mom and I were at Telkom Greenacres, and stood in a line for over 45mins. It's extremely disappointing that there are absolutely no chairs to sit on....especially for older individuals like my mom. What at least helped the situation is the pleasant service we received from Ms Beverly Lai Wing. She was very friendly and helpful – much appreciated.</p>
