My call was logged last week Wednesday. ref logged - ***8 for offline ADSL. do u guys maybe have an SLA or turnaround time for me. Since I know u guys dont know the meaning of turn around time. May you please provide me with a workable solution in the meantime because i really need internet access and I have been with out it for more than a week now
