*** service and no support

Once again telkom with thee ***est service. They debited less than they were supposed to before the debit and then suspend my account. I made a payment via eft and it was confirmed that payment is reflecting on my account yet my account is still suspended. They then tell me my account is still suspended due to my credit limit being over 3k but my statement shows me that I owe just over 2.5k which is only debited in December. So how on earth does work. Please telkom tell me how
