*** service and confused consultants

My Sim was changed from prepaid to contract on 18/03/23 then on 21/3/23 I went to vaal mall and they advised me that my spend limit can only be changed on the 1st week of April to R1 not R1500 so I just phone the call centre they telling me it can only be done in May after a month for now I just need to monitor and not go over the limit. I'm really not happy
