Service and Accounts are horrible

<p>In Descember 2016 I requested cancellation of services on an old line, this was never done and I am still being invoiced for this. They also added value added services to my account which I did not request, this ended up causing my account to fall in arears and my services has been suspended. This is completely unacceptable, no matter how many times I phone and talk with someone, no one cares and no one is willing to fix the problem and credit my account.</p>
