Service almost as slow as connection...

I'm a Telkom HSDPA user that reported around the 3rd February 2016 that I'm experiencing poor network speeds ; it's so slow that my ping goes above 300ms and my downloads below 50kbps.

I never struggled with this as I'm used to speeds in excess of 6Mbps.

After numerous calls to get feedback, I got a response the 7th March 2016 to be told they can see I'm experiencing poor signal strength and advised me to switch to MTN roaming. Now really, it's clear on my account that I can only use Telkom's network and is shown as should have coverage on their website.

After explaining that and in almost 3 years of almost no issues, they escalated it to the department responsible for cell towers.

Another week, another phone call, still no clarity and no closer to resolve this.

I lost 50GB worth of cap due to the slow speeds and it seems I'm heading the same direction for March.

If you resolved the issue as diligently as billing me, it would've been resolved.

Reviewer Update
Ok, I'm still stuck with the same issue, if not worse. It's now 3months+ since reporting it. The 6th of May I get a message stating that I'm unreachable and should update my details. Did it the same day, yesterday and they want to do it again today as they're saying it is still outstanding. Firstly, I doubt somebody tried phoning as no missed call notification was received that day. Secondly, there is no way of escalating the issue as you can't contact a supervisor or go through to the escalation centre. The call centre can't even give me a protocol to follow to get this resolved. I can't continue explaining to the call centre that for almost 3 years I had no issue and now suddenly it's problematic. Please tell me if I should cancel my contract and how I can recover R2000 worth of money wasted.
