Most Pathetic Service EVER! My SIM card on my landline was cloned. The person using it has racked up a bill in excess of R5k. Nobody can assist in blocking the SIM. They asked me to do a SIM swap....after driving around trying to find an outlet that can actually do it I am told I must pay the bill before they will assist me. What *******. So the ***** must continue in the interim. Nobody at the call centre or even their ***** department actually knows what to do or the process of me logging this as *****.
