<p>I've had a Telkom landline for years now and my line has been faulty since last year August, everyone elses phones seems to be working except for mine, Telkom sent someone out in Jan to fix my line and it was the cross line that was faulty, they came again same problem with the cross line so which means it was never even fixed correctly the first time around, and now guess what still have a faulty line that does not work, they said that i should phone and every single day I have to phone in without any assistance everyday a different story and the consultants are insisting that i should keep phoning in pathetic service to say the least</p>
