<p>I opened a telkom account in 2015 on the 28th October i was informed that i will not pay for the month of October as hat the contract only started at the end of the month and they will only charge me a fee for that 2 days. On month end they deducted the full amount for the month of Octeber i went into store and all they tell me is that sorry the lady miss informed you. I have to put in a compaint since then i havent heard a thing about my complaint and nothing was done.</p>
