<p>I did not touch my internet equipoment at home . Suddenly internet was not working and I called Telkom on Tuesday 21 March 17. The lady said Telkom will fix the problem.No response received. Than I called again today Sunday 26 March as Internet was stlill not working. Again lady said no progress etc. I asked if Telkom can fix the problem from their side or if they need to come to my home . Answer I do not know. Further I asked if they schedule an appointment to come to my place , not done. Ref NO 220JWK230317</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
