Service

<p>I am so dissatisfied with Telkom's service. I have now been waiting almost two months for installation of a line. It takes 50 minutes for the call centre just to answer a call and they are unable to assist me in this matter. No answer at all with any other number I could lay my hands on. Pathetic!!!!</p>
