<p>1. I paid the R700.00 deposit as instructed, but have received no communication thereafter.</p> <p>2. I can no longer track my order, it's basically no longer existent.</p> <p>3. I was told that I could add Telkom Closer for R25 to my application and this would cancel the R600.00 upfront payment. I searched everywhere for this package and I couldn't find it anywhere on their website and Zulfah (who responds to emails days later) has still not told me what exactly this package is.</p> <p>If you have no intention of installing the service and treat you customers in such a putrid manner, then give me my ****ing money and keep your **** service!</p>
