Service
I dont know how Telkom expects a person to pay every month and then receive such **** service from them. Their agents are rude, trempremental and have no customer service attributes at all. You expect loyal customers, yet you cannot give your customers the time of day when and if they need something regarding their accounts. ********! Seriously.
