Absolutely appalling after sales service and service at all. I went trough a fast responding upgrade service (Cos yeah want to sell.) so i did an upgrade and i have been waiting a week for a response on my new contract. so today i am trying to get a hold of anyone just so i can get an update on what's going on. not shocked that if your not buying something your not important at all
