In April i missed a payment of R299 however in May on the 24th i was debited for both months, April and May which they took R598 right after that they blocked my phone

Since the 25th till today my phone has been blocked yet i have paid their money

I am calling them each and every day, they will tell me that my payment hasnt reflected on their side however it will take 24 hours fornit to reflect, other agent will tell me it will take 3-5 working days, other agent will tell me about 5-7 working days

TODAY ITS 10 WORKING DAYS SINCE THEY BLOCKED MY PHONE.

Besides that they busy threatening me telling me they will come and collect their phone, they will list my name on credit Beau yet I HAVE PAID APRIL

HOW THEY ACTING ITS LIKE THEY ARE PERFECT YET THEY HAVE A ****TY NETWORK. Each an every month they will always have days where ther network is down but we dont complain
